Kliply is made by [YOUR FULL NAME / TRADE NAME], the Netherlands, KvK [KVK NUMBER] ("we"). By downloading or using Kliply you agree to these terms.
1. Purchases
Kliply Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, invoicing and taxes. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms apply to the transaction.
2. Trial and free version
Kliply includes a free 7-day trial with all features. After the trial it continues as a free version with limited features. Tampering with the trial or license check is not allowed.
3. License
A Kliply Pro license is a one-time purchase for personal use by one person, and can be active on up to 2 Macs at a time. You may move it between your Macs from Settings › License. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute license keys, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it. The license includes updates for the current major version.
4. Refunds
If Kliply doesn't work for you, email support@kliplyapp.com or reply to your receipt within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunded licenses are deactivated. This does not limit any rights you have under EU consumer law.
5. Your recordings
You are responsible for what you record and share. Respect other people's privacy — for example, let your friends know if you record voice chat — and the rules of the games and platforms you use.
6. Third-party games
Kliply works with games from other companies and relies on data they provide. We can't guarantee that these games will keep offering that data. Kliply isn't endorsed by Riot Games, Valve or Blizzard Entertainment, and all game names are trademarks of their owners.
7. Warranty and liability
We make Kliply with care, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost clips or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Kliply. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
8. Law
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
